The Lexington Hotel is unique to Seoul, being the first New York concept business hotel in South Korea's capital city. Because of the Yeouido area's transformation into a government and financial center, the neighborhood is sometimes called the "Manhattan of Seoul." Yeouido is also home to the National Assembly, Korean Stock Exchange, large corporate headquarters and Korea's three broadcasting stations. Because of its location, this modern high rise hotel caters mostly to business travelers and conventioneers. The Lexington features three eclectic restaurants: New York New York, China Town Little Tokyo, and Yanks & Mettz, serving everything from hearty New York style steaks to traditional Cantonese and Japanese cuisines. The latter restaurant is festooned with memorabilia from the New York Yankees and Mets baseball teams.
