Getting there. The best way to reach Stralsund is to hire a car. Buses number 127 and 116 runs between the airport and Rostock's main bus station according to flight schedules. Journey time is about 40 minutes. An adult ticket costs 5.30 EUR. From Rostock's train station a train departs for Stralsund. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Stralsund is compact and easily explored on foot. The town's train station connects it with the rest of Germany. A car is recommended for exploring further afield.
